Adding some missing reductions.

I think I fixed a bug. I don't know how correct this is. Still testing. This
code is so complex that it seems to make my head turn upside down; I wonder
about the secrets of the Universe as I work on this code. It's so awe-
inspiring that I think I have to make a video explaining it.

Encountered a bit of a bug; working on it. Try to reduce "-xy-y".

Making a little bit of progress on simplifyCompositeRotation().

Have something to test in simpifyCompositeRotation().

Starting work on the s_rotRed Hashtable.
