Removing entire package net.blockout.production.ai. It was in a state where
there were only some basic interfaces; they were never implemented. I think
I'm going to start the a.i. code from ground up, removing this to avoid
confusion.

Tweaking the weights. The eval() function is doing a fairly decent job now.
It's time to add the a.i. which will eval() different possibilities and cause
block to rotate/translate in the desired manner. That part is relatively
straightforward.

Finished bowlMetric(), corrected the upper bound (made it more accurate),
added some comments, and scaled/cubed correctly to be a better representation.
