Starting work on evalWithNextBlock().

Making computeAllUniqueOrientations() public, because it or something like it
is needed by the artificial intelligence code.

Adding BlockPlacementStrategy.

Adding another comment to EvalFunction.

Removing entire package net.blockout.production.ai. It was in a state where
there were only some basic interfaces; they were never implemented. I think
I'm going to start the a.i. code from ground up, removing this to avoid
confusion.

Tweaking the weights. The eval() function is doing a fairly decent job now.
It's time to add the a.i. which will eval() different possibilities and cause
block to rotate/translate in the desired manner. That part is relatively
straightforward.

Finish the final eval() with weights.

Finished bowlMetric(), corrected the upper bound (made it more accurate),
added some comments, and scaled/cubed correctly to be a better representation.

Making progress on bowlMetric().
