New scoring system which incrementally increments the score for multi-layer
clear. The totals are the same. More or less (well except for 5 layer clear).

Factoring the code with respect to m_lock.wait(). I realize that this code
is extremely tricky, when considering m_halt, m_suspended, and the rest of the
logic.

Partial change incorporating run_handleSuspendGobbleTime(). I want to factor
this code to a large degree, so saving changes in case I want to revert. The
state of the change is incomplete. There are sections missing where I should
be handling suspend() logic.
