Beginning work on scripts/compile-video.sh.

Deleting the prior attempts at video recorder.

In convert-to-png.sh and in convert-to-png2x.sh, implementing more robust
strategy of coming up with PNG file names.

Switching order of CLIP_NAME and OPERATION.

Changing a bit of curly braces.

Adjusting some fine details in video recorder.

Backing out the throttling in requestUpdate().

This is what throttling looks like in requestUpdate(). I will most likely back
most of these changes out.

Changing DEFAULT_MAX_FPS from 120 to 200.

Finished VideoRecorderAWTStub, for the most part. We will just have to deal
with issues of the first few frames potentially being blank. This is the
nature of video capture. We should not block because that will likely cause
deadlocks. Also the audio needs to be in sync with video frames, from the very
beginning. I think a good solution is to remove blank frames post-production,
assuming that no audio is chopped with those frames.
