Still fiddling with level 17.

Adding data/level17-game.blo.

On level 17, forgot to check that the block fits in pit, because the pit is
only 4 units wide in one direction.

Using darker font color for blocks that have a unique mirror image. Adjusting
the 5-er level to programmatically determine block distribution based on the
presence of unique mirror image.

Adding hasUniqueMirrorImage() to BlockGenerator.

Moving game.blo to nightmare-game.blo.

Adding stub for Block.hasUniqueMirrorImage().

Improving the info_string logic in BLO file.

Handling parsing of info_string data in BLO file, in a more intelligent manner.

Defining USER_INPUT_QUEUE_LENGTH in SimpleGameLogic.
