grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package Code

Taking another stab at PlaybackRecorder. Untested, the idea is there.

Beginning process of having LevelPlayback implement CanvasSnapshot.

Removing GameSidebarApplet. It's dead code.

Taking first stab at proper wait(millis) implementation. There are details
still missing, it's a work in progress.

Getting rid of synchronized/notify() block which wasn't doing anything.

Moving to usage of notify() instead of notifyAll() in DaemonAWT.

Adding wait() back.

Fixing a comment.

Adjusting a comment.

Adding GRACE_MILLIS to ModernAudioClip, which can be turned off by setting to
zero.
