grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package Code

Taking first stab at proper wait(millis) implementation. There are details
still missing, it's a work in progress.

Getting rid of synchronized/notify() block which wasn't doing anything.

Moving to usage of notify() instead of notifyAll() in DaemonAWT.

Adding wait() back.

Fixing a comment.

Adjusting a comment.

Adding GRACE_MILLIS to ModernAudioClip, which can be turned off by setting to
zero.

Playing buzzer before add layers event.

Adding src/net/blockout/audio/data/BuzzerSND.java.

No need to wait, even for a millisecond, when recording the video.
