Reverting m_pendingRot back to 'boolean' type. Adding huge comment explaining
why we set m_nextDropDue at a past point in time. Removing other long comment.
Trying to stay on topic. I need help solving this issue, of how to delay the
initiation of "drop block" when the rotation/inversion is pushing block down in
z direction.

Adding some comments mostly, to SimpleGameLogic. In special tweak to
m_nextDropDue, using Math.max() now.

A bit more fine-grained information in m_pendingRot. It is now 0x00, 0x01, or
0x02. 0x02 is for the failed rotation/inversion events.
