Improving Javadoc on getMirrorBlockZ().

Optimizing equalsModuloOrientation(). Have not even checked if it compiles.

Embellishing the Javadoc a little bit.

Commenting out the 7er test for now.

Implementing BlockGenerator.getCanonicalBlock() in terms of
getCanonicalBlock2(). Finally generating the new
net.blockout.production.Blocks.

Now grouping the canonicals by reflexive pair, where asymmetric.

Working on getBlocks(). Still missing the grouping by mirror pairs.

New API for getCanonicalBlock2(), which now returns an array of length two,
where each entry in array, if not null, is a canonical representation. This is
likely the hardest problem I've ever worked on, with the symmetries,
recursions, etc.

Changing some variable names. Really an innocent change.

Simplifying getAll_n_Blocks(int).
