Fixing PlaybackRecorder.

Adding getImageSnapshot() to PlaybackCanvas.

Adding TODO.txt in impl/.

Improving image snapshot logic by handling destroy() and suspend() more
optimally and accurately.

One more iteration of getImageSnapshot() changes. I still need to figure a bit
out w.r.t. suspend().

Trying a first stab at LocalBlockoutBoard.getImageSnapshot(). I want to
explain the process by which this was coded.
It takes me a long time to get an inspiration on a decision for tackling the
problem in an elegant manner. Sometimes my intial course of action does not
pan out. In this case I sat for hours, waiting for the inspiration to come.
It finally came. Once I had a glimmer of an idea that I thought I would
pursue, I spent another couple of hours carefully considering the multi-
threaded nature of this problem and how best to tackle that aspect.
Right now the new functionality is written but completely untested. I find
that letting the initial commit sit for a short while, and then coming back to
it to re-examine, seems to work for me. I end up eventually coming up with an
elegant solution. So, at this point, it's going to sit for a few hours while I
do some volunteer work. My hope is that when I come back to this this evening
I will have a better idea of how the overall design of frame capture (for
video) will work out in the larger picture. Thanks for tuning in. Just
describing my work process, my thinking process. A lot of it seems to come
from inspiration and I have to be patient.
