taking a union() of all the clip rectangles.

Simplifying the creation m_clipFoo by using bounded() function. These changes
are from a few days ago, just committing now. I was working on fixing the
clip dilemma in 2D graphics. The 3D code is about to be revised in that
respect, finally.
