grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package Code

Trying to fix the clipping strategies, basing this code on the 2D improvements.

Simplifying the creation m_clipFoo by using bounded() function. These changes
are from a few days ago, just committing now. I was working on fixing the
clip dilemma in 2D graphics. The 3D code is about to be revised in that
respect, finally.

Getting rid of m_inverted in ClipRectangle. Simplifying the code.

Reformatting a section of code which removes two lines by condensing the code.

Removing DEBUG sections because that makes the code too difficult to read for
purposes of carrying this work over to 3D graphics rendering. Also improving a
Javadoc for setClip().

Adding one more test case. It passes.

Adding final DEBUG statement. The code now works.

This ought to get at least very close to fixing the clipping issues.

Oh my, just found another bug related to clipping.

Defining DEBUG_SET_CLIP so that the debug code could stay in for a while.
