Here is a first pass at changing RasterDepthPixBuff from an interface to an
abstract class. This is so that default values could be chosen in most cases,
without the need to override almost ten methods.

Going the other way in changing DEFAULT_MAX_FPS to 500. This makes the game
more responsive.
