Adding a massive, massive, detailed comment to RasterDepthPixBuff.drawPixel().
This is Javadoc.

Shows how beautiful and fast the WIREFRAME is. We're getting well over 500
frames per second.

All comment changes. This is very difficult stuff and I don't want to lose any
of this important information.

Making some progress on the new z computations.

Removing RasterDepthPixBuff.getAccurateZ(). Build still broken.

Starting to make major RasterDepthPixBuff API changes. Mostly Javadoc changes
but the drawPixel() method has changed, zDepth is no longer an integer; now
it's a 64 bit floating point number. This totally breaks the build for the
time being.

Only Javadoc changes to RasterDepthGraphics.

Renaming PDF files.

Renaming opencsg.pdf to Kirsch-2005.pdf, adding two more.

Adding an OpenCSG doc.
