Rearranging location of code snippets.

Did some basic tests of fixed 3D rendering code; it works.

Fixing the degenerate cases in line drawing.

Removing the s_strategy nonsense.

Embellishing the top-level class Javadoc.

Now clipping lines and polygons on the slightly offset z planes.

Defining s_normzCutPlaneBack and s_normzCutPlaneFront. Not used yet.

Refining aliasUpperBound() and aliasLowerBound(); these have been tested and
are 100% accurate.

Beginning work on aliasUpperBound() and aliasLowerBound().

Working on drawPoint() and writing down a very important comment, which has to
do with budging the z planes for line and polygon clipping.
