Adding a game recorder to LevelTest. Did some additional audios.

Adding pause/resume audio clips to be played on suspend() and resume(),
respectively.

Getting rid of the millisSysDropBlkMvTime parameter in LocalBlockoutBoard.
Using the standard translate duration for that quantity.

In NextBlockDisplay, a null block now means still draw the well (without
block).
