grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package Code

Making some comments in the 3D polygon clippers, and streamlining some code.
This is in preparation for doing a potential overhaul of boundary conditions
when doing clipping.

Correcting an issue where -crf can be zero for the initial compile. Now
allowing override of VID_CRF w/ environment var.

Marking some input paramters as final in poly clipper, indenting/formatting.

In polygon clippers in 3D graphics lib, marking input params as final.

In 3D graphics library, marking the input parameters to fillPolygon() as final.

Slowing down the movement a bit again.

Reverting back to 60 FPS default. Correcting a VID_CRF issue.

Fixing launch-retry.sh to record game into correct build temp dir.

Now writing BLO file during retry.

Changing VID_CRF to 8, was 0.
