Changing default VID_FPS from 60 to 100.

Trying to use SOURCE_VOLUME=1.0 instead of 0.75.

Increasing default dimension for window to 960x540, and adding nice support
with indentations etc. Also WellColor getter functions were modified in their
name, dropping the 'get'.

Changing comments. Adding TODO item. Going to shift gears a bit and take a
break from this, it's very involving and I need to be in the correct state of
mind.

Changing terminology in comment, 'point' -> 'vertex'.

Reducing size of copyright font just a little bit.

Adding script 'compile-video-1x.sh'.

Starting a TODO.txt for 3D graphics package.

Computing zMin and zMax for line drawer.

Not passing m_line as parameter to the four line drawing subroutines, since
that is as much private and is as much a member variable as are the four
subroutines. Using m_line directly from the four subroutines.
