grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package Code

Demonstrating how we need to introduce the concept of "normal" when rendering a
point.

Taking a first stab at drawPoint() in 3D graphics class.

Adding a Javadoc comment in drawPoint().

Adding a few tests that I still need to follow up on. Trying to get correct
alignments between points, lines, and polygons.

Removing the grafx.setClip(null) calls.

Moving some test code into new package, com.nerius.grafx.d3.test.

Adding new class PolyPixel.

Fixing call of RasterDepthGraphics constructor in ZMinMaxTest, since API
change.

In RasterDepthGraphics, increasing s_zBits from 16 to 24. No longer passing in
z buffer to constructor; it's being instantiated under the hood.

Adding a Javadoc comment explaining nature of zFront and zBack.
