Problem in value of "start at" placed in Edit -> Explorer -> Project -> Graph0 -> Set0 -> Symbol -> Skipping Point -> Start at

Brief : Value of "start at" is automatically reset to zero every time I open an agr file.

Description : I made a plot and set some non-zero value in "start at" field and saved it. Next time when I open the agr file, value of "start at" was zero.

Support Info : This problem is found in GraceGTK-0.9.0

    Thank you for your contribution: I forgot to save this parameter. This bug is also found in 0.9.3 and will add the correction in the next version (0.9.4).
    Also, when the skip value is changed in the GUI, I try to recompute the parameters for the "start at" spin button and this may also change the value: perhaps it is not very smart, I don't know, your advice may be valuable.
