Lossless JPEG rotation can't be done properly without user feedback. If the right/bottom part of the image isn't a full block column/row then a lossless rotate will leave a bunch of crap at the right/bottom part of the image. Sometimes you want to just cut off that crap (like with jpegtran -trim) or sometimes you don't want to rotate such images at all (like jpegtran -perfect).
So, when rotating these odd size images the user should be asked what to do.
