One more patch related to scrolling.
When processing expose event, event->area is used now to get region for redrawing.

It maybe better to use gdk_region_get_rectangles() as described in
http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk/stable/checklist-gdkeventexpose-region.html

This can reduce the amount of redrawing in some cases.
