#39 HTML prompt not recognised

When the sqlplus command: set markup html on spool on is issued, the sqlplus prompt changes from SQL> to SQL> (i.e. literally S Q L & g t ;)

This does not seem to be detected by gqlplus.

Could this be added to the new prompt detection logic, or the HTML version of the prompt added as a specific alternative?

Thanks for a greatly needed utility.

PS some of these bug reports look like they could be cleared now.
