#98 allow "domain mode"

Domain mode would be where an address to a specific
LDAP server is not required, but the SRV records for a
given domain are tried. Along with this, defaulting to
attempting to authetnicate using SASL would be nice.
Only when that fails is UI required to authenticate.

Also, auto adding a "domain" to the list, for the
current domain, would be nice.

These changes together would make Gq, for most
circumstances, require zero configuration.

This sounds useful, can you attach some code for reading the
SRV record and finding the "current" domain?
