#124 Feature request: show attribute DESC on mouse over

Hi,

It would be cool if gq displayed attribute description
in form of a tooltip when the user floats with the mouse
over attribute name or value entry field.

This would allow admins to insert appropriate
descriptions in the LDAP schema which would be visible
to end users.
