#311 VREG for pic18F14k50

hi -
I found a small-bug-let ( I think ).
In the config part of the hexfile for PIC18F14K50 (30002 = Cofig2L )

VREG must be set to '0' for 'non' PIC18-L-F14K50 devices
and '0' for PIC18-not-L-F14K50 devices.

It looks like this was fixed for 13K50, but missed for 14K50?
