Quadrature

Things to clarify here:

• From which paper do the quadrature coefficients in quadrature.h come?
• It seems that they are not used at the moment, right?
• I think I remember reading a paper with an algorithm for the generation of any quadrature scheme given the two angular discretizations

Phase Functions

A minor thing: I found a foo RayLeighPhaseFunction. Since it is currently used as a constant function, then I think it should be the one returning 0.079577472f instead of 1.0f. Just for readability.

In the future it would be nice to have other phase fuctions too. In the future.
