#1 problem with GPUBench.pl

I tried running the GPUBench.pl script from one
directory above, and the output html file indicates that all
of the tests failed. Specifically, I see the following entry
in each section:

Benchmark Failed
'bin' is not recognized as an internal or external
command,

I thought that this must be a problem with the windows
command shell was having with paths specified by /
instead of \. I ran the script from inside cygwin bash,
but this made no difference. I went through the perl
scripts and made substitutions of \\ for / where
appropriate, and the results were somewhat better.
Nonetheless, I didn't have two requirements installed
(jgraph and epstopdf) which should have been mentioned
in the readme.
