[Gptfdisk-general] sgdisk: minor suggestions for manual page, and program

Thank you for your work.

1) With some entries, such as for -N, --largest-new=num, the manual page 
   takes the burden of claryfing -a (--set-alignment). I suggest to take 
   the same approach for the references to the -A, -c, -t, and -u options 
   within the entry for -n, --new=partnum:start:end.

2) For the special partnum of 0, --info=0 will show detailed information 
   about what -n, --new=partnum:start:end will do with 0 partnum, and a  
   0 start value.
