[Gptfdisk-general] valgrind reports conditional evaluation depends on unitialized variable

please check Debian bug report <https://bugs.debian.org/876393>: It
seems to be possible to trigger a code path where a variable is not
initialized. Could you please check and possibly pick the included
patch?
