[Gptfdisk-general] Should gdisk read optimal_io_size on Linux?

/sys/block/md0/queue/optimal_io_size says 2097152 (due to the raid
chunk size), but gdisk still defaults to 2048-sector alignment.  It
would be nice if it read optimal_io_size and increased its alignment
accordingly.
