[Gptfdisk-general] EOF stdin infinite loop (partially fixed in 0.8.2)

Hi,

Please find attached a patch provided by a Debian user [1] that
completely fix the EOF stdin problem that generate an infinite loop;
before that we could cause an infinite loop by sending ^D to gdisk.
I also added a test case in gdisk_test.sh in this patch.
