gpsdings 0.4 released

gpsdings is a Java 1.5 command line application consisting of several GPS-related utilities, among them a geocoder for digital camera pictures.

new features:
* "gpsdings openlayers" creates OpenLayers slippy maps with GPS overlays, you can choose one or more base layers from Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, and OpenStreetMap
* "gpsdings shrink" reduces tracklogs to a given number of points preserving the track shape as much as possible.
