gpsdings 0.3 released

gpstools is a Java 1.5 command line application consisitng of several GPS-related utilities, among them a geocoder for digital camera pictures.

new features:
* Support for XMP metadata (exifloc)
* Support for US units (trackanalyzer)
* Smaller executable size
