Do you mean Rinex3ClockHeader.cpp? Thank you for bringing this to our attention; please use caution when checking out software from any branches besides the main gpstk trunk, especially from RC2.0 as it is a work in progress at this time and is not guaranteed to either compile cleanly or function correctly. Please download the last stable release (v1.7) from the Files area if you want stability and full functionality. Thanks again!
