#13 gps data share with other ppc(sp,pc) through msn messenger

I want my ppc(connecting a gps) share NMEA data using
msn messenger protocol to other ppc(smartphone or
even pc),other ppc can deal the data as a virtual
serial port,so other can monitor my track as the same
time.
