#611 Make possible to create installable apks with just the GUI
To do this, implement the subtasks for which there are tickets:
* autolocation & query of jarsigner location for Windows (includes checkbox for switching signing on, checkbox required also for GNU/Linux to implement the ticket)
* key generation directly from Osm2GpsMid
* jarsigner password query in Osm2GpsMid
* area format selection (maybe; not absolutely necessary; can set default from source jar type to produce outlines-only format or combined format)
