#626 Midlet installation on LG KM 570 does not work

Midlet installation on LG KM 570 does not work. On the initial screen, two locations for a copy are offered. Choosing one location results in displaying a start button. Pressing the start button results in the message that no map could be found. In addition, execution of copy procedure of the midlet (see above) has no effect on the collection of the icons displayed on the midlet collection screen (GPSMid is still missing). Starting the initial screen a second time does not offer the initial choice, but only a question whether a renewal of the copy is desired.
