I'm on vacation right now and more or less away from computers.  Will be 
back next week sometime.  Interested to see what you are working on, send 
away. :)

What GPSs support it?  There were parts of the current protocol I had to 
sniff with a serial port sniffer, bet we can do the same with the map 
protocol to reverse engineer it.
