#286 `doc/gpsim.html.LyXconv/elyxer_p3.py` is missing in the 0.32.0 release tarball

ran into some build issue while trying to upgrade homebrew formula to the latest release

Making all in gpsim.html.LyXconv
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.
