#267 Red areas obscure gpsim doc table of contents

The table of contents in the latest gpsim (r2557) documentation is unreadable when viewed with Okular on Linux. In earlier versions of the documentation, the red lines were narrower but now they overlay the text. See the attached .png file.

(I hope ticket priority 9 means very low priority.)

    This gives reasonable output for me using Okular under Fedora. If you see the issues with the attached pdf file the issue is with your Okular. If it is OK, the problem is with your build of gpsim.pdf.
