#8 new subdirs in map_koord are not added to Map Control list

there is a bug in map_handler.c. When map_koord.txt is rescanned and a new mapset subdir is found, then those new map tiles are used ok but the new subdir does not appear with a checkbox in the Map Control window until you restart the program.

ps- to get rid of the old "no_dir" on the Map Control directory list (replaced by "base_maps") you have to edit your ~/.gpsdrive/gpsdriverc file. Not a problem for new installations.
