Well, not MY fault, but the problem was on my end. Here's what happened: My e-mail program (Eudora) tries to convert all text attachments to "Mac" format (CR instead of LF at the end of each line). GPSBabel choked on the PCX file that had Mac line endings. (Why it actually found TWO trackpoints is a mystery to me.) When I changed it to a "Unix"-style text file, it worked fine. It seems odd, though, that GPSBabel should care what kind of line endings a file has. Adam |
