Find/hire a programmer with the specifications on how you want these
polygons converted to GPX. Converting GIS-ish data to a format that
supports only waypoints, tracks, and routes really is a custom task. For
example, converting land parcels to GPX is kind of a contrived fit, but if
you know that you want them represented as routes with each route containing
the vertices of the property, it can be done. Maybe you want everything as
a track but either bounded by track segments or as separate tracks. But
