Unfortunately, I don't know anything about either of those devices. What
format does the Lowrance software claim to be able to import?
You might try joining the GPSBabel mailing list; they know everything!

Don't know a think about the Lorance, but, with the Meridian, my
experience is that the easiest path is to save the waypoints from the
Meridian to the SD card... the resulting file is easily converted to any
In addition, simply opening the file in GPSU (a different but parallel
utility) converts it into a common format which can probably be uploaded
to Lowrance with no further processing.
