I recently bought a GPSr and gpsbabel is probably the coolest part of
the whole experience so far! Both 1.2.7 and the 1.2.8 beta compile
perfectly on my Mac, but now I'm trying to compile it on a Fedora
Core 4 box where it will be called from a php app that I'm creating.
This machine won't ever have a GPSr connected, so I tried to compile
it (1.2.8) with 'make usbfree' and it dies with:
cc -c -g -Icoldsync -DNO_USB -O jeeps/gpsusbstub.c -o jeeps/
jeeps/gpsusbstub.c: In function `gusb_init':
jeeps/gpsusbstub.c:47: error: number of arguments doesn't match
jeeps/garminusb.h:61: error: prototype declaration
make: *** [jeeps/gpsusbstub.o] Error 1
make: Leaving directory `/home/rahji/gpsbabel-1.2.8-beta20060219'
make: *** [usbfree] Error 2
Is this make target broken in 1.2.8? I just tried 1.2.7 and it
compiles fine with usbfree.
