Right. Pretty much all of my xanything functions tries to trap the "obvi=
failure cases. xfopen tests for failure and prints a (hopefully helpful)=
error, xmalloc tests for malloc failure, and so on.

It didn't bug me enough to change it before commit (limited time and acce=

Since release 1.2.8 I use the -^3 listing. I need this listing for
initialization of the module options.
