I'm having the same problem GPS_Dr reported 2005-03-10. gpslibusb.c has an
#include <usb.h> on line 25. I'm using Visual C++ .NET, MDE v7.0.9955, .NET
Framework v1.0.3705 and there is no usb.h to be found!
Any ideas on where to find usb.h or on how to work around this?

I answered this:
You shouldn't even be building gpslibusb.c on a windows system as you
don't _have_ libusb and thus don't have <usb.h>.
Do we have a bad entry in one of the MSVC build files that's sending
MSVC developers down a bad route here? If so, can someone please
provide a fixed version?
