I haven't heard of that model and don't recognize the format.  Googling around, we find http://www.iphonelife.com/blog/87/geocoding-photos-your-ios-device-or-desktop-computer which implies it's a Skytraq based device, but our skytraq-bin can't read that file.

The silence to your question probably means that nobody on this list has that device.

Additionally, GPSVisualizer isn't us; that's Adam Schneider.  He uses GPSBabel for some features on that site.
